Refund and Returns Policy
The provision of goods and services by KiDS iNK (PTY) LIMITED is subject to availability. The goods are of a customised nature and orders can only be Cancelled prior to the production of the product. Once the product has been customised, orders cannot be Cancelled.
If a product is Damaged or Broken when you receive it, you must inform us within One Working Day of receiving it.
We will require the following information to assess the damage:
– photograph of the outer box (including whether it has a Fragile sticker or not).
– photograph of the inside of the box, including the inner packaging.
– photograph of the damaged item.
If necessary, arrangements will be made between the parties, KiDS iNK (PTY) LIMITED and the Purchaser), for the collection of the product from you at no charge.
This is Only applicable if the item was broken or damaged. If you have opened and/or used the product and are not satisfied, it will be up to our own discretion, after the product is inspected, whether or not it will be refunded.
Shipping costs for refunding the product, may be for your account, depending on the outcome of inspection. Once we have inspected the product or photographs and validated your return (if needed), we will, according to your preference:
– replace the product (if available); or with a similar product (please choose 2 more alternative options)
– issue a refund (using EFT payment).
All products are sold with a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with a product that you received with your order, you can contact us within 7 days of receipt with a clear and specific reason of dissatisfaction. We will, at our own discretion evaluate the matter and the inform you if this justifies a return and refund.
Should we decide to accept your return, we will issue a return number and a return delivery address. Shipping costs for the return will be for Your Account.
Upon receipt, we will inspect the item, and upon our satisfaction, we will refund you the value of the product.
